Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, a large company, filed a false case in 2009 under a conspiracy against Bagla family, which originated in the prestigious Marwari family of Kolkata.. Dr. Bagla and all his family have been acquitted by the court after nine years on 12/10/2019 from all their charges.

Dr. Santosh Kumar Bagla says that the son's marriage is broken due to this false trial, slander and lack of money. Now he leaves India and is living an anonymous life in Dubai, and somehow living? The company spent a lot of money in that office to give it a corporate look. People from Kotak Mahindra came to my office to investigate, and praised the office very much. He liked that office and offered to take office for Kotak Bank, which we refused. After this, the conspiracy and fraud started. He encouraged Virendra Kumar Sharma, the owner of that property to break the agreement by paying many times more rent. He also threatened to ruin me for not leaving office. But I stood firm Then a conspiracy to trap my family started by creating fake papers. Its leader Uday Suresh became Kotak. He also got an article published in a reputed newspaper against my family, so that my family's financial, social and family life could be destroyed and they could succeed in the conspiracy.
